Julia is currently a Production Coordinator on an upcoming series for Netflix Animation. In her spare time, she continues to develop and write her own scripts, which often draw upon her childhood experiences growing up as a half-Korean Jewish girl in Birmingham, AL in a multi-cultural and multi-generational family.

 

Previously, she was a development intern at Illumination Entertainment (known for Despicable Me, The Secret Life of Pets). She was also an Academy GOLD Intern, participating in The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' exclusive talent development and inclusion program.

Graduating from the University of Southern California's School of Cinematic Arts with a 3.85 GPA, Julia has also garnered academic accolades such as induction into the Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society and the Dean’s List.
